A Trainee Attorney-at-Law that specializes in commercial litigation, particularly between infrastructure industry entities.

He gained experience in cases involving multi-million value contracts, representing constructors in disputes against the State Treasury. During his practice, he acquired extensive knowledge of, i.e. the rebus sic stantibus clause, contractual penalties and FIDIC templates, as well as civil procedure law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz. During his studies, he was interested in various fields of law, which resulted in taking the highest places in competitions in the following areas: criminal procedure law, labor law and public international law. Each year he obtained the Scholarship of the Rector of the University of Lodz for the Best Students.

Member of Lodz Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law as a Trainee Attorney-at-Law.
